Are my files really private?
Most tools process your file entirely in your browser — it never reaches a server. A few PDF tools (merge, split, compress, protect, unlock, PDF/A conversion) do process the file on our server briefly to do the job, then delete it immediately after.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Most tools work without one — just visit, select a tool, and start. An account is only needed for things like the dashboard or saving history.
How fast are the tools?
Fast, because most tools run in your browser instead of round-tripping to a server. Speed depends mostly on your device for those tools.
Can I use Wrklyst offline?
No — the site itself needs an internet connection to load, and it isn't set up to work offline once loaded.
What file formats do you support?
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, GIF, JSON, XML, CSV, and more. Each tool's page lists exactly which formats it handles.
Is there a file size limit?
No hard limit is enforced today. Very large files may just be slower, since browser-based tools depend on your device's memory and processing power.
Do you sell my data?
